I'm Neha Pahwa, currently working as VP, Experience Design at Moody’s managing a team of talented designers for the Analytics & Structured Finance Groups. I'm a seasoned UX design leader passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences that resonate with users on a deep level. With 15 years of experience in the field, I've had the privilege of leading diverse teams and driving innovative design solutions for a variety of industries.

My journey in UX design began with a fascination for understanding human behavior and a relentless pursuit of creating meaningful connections between people and technology. Over the years, I've honed my skills in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing to deliver products that not only meet users' needs but exceed their expectations.

What sets me apart as a UX design leader is my holistic approach to problem-solving. I believe in fostering a collaborative environment where every team member's insights and creativity are valued.
